Introduction to mindfulness and a meditative walk on the Lake Gale trails with Manon Breton, from Mindspace Wellbeing and the Thermal experience are on the program for a most invigorating day.

The first workshop begins at 10:30 AM. Plan ahead: comfortable clothing adapted to the weather, your walking shoes and arriving 15 minutes in advance. The purchase of the e-ticket can be made up to 22:00 PM the day prior to the visit.
