Bernadette Rey, certified Shinrin Yoku guide, is inviting you to initiate yourself to this Japanese practice, also known as forest bathing, aimed at reconnecting humans to nature. This slow contemplative walk will take you around Lake Gale and will allow you to discover new perspectives relative to the benefits nature offers to our body, our mind and our spirit.
