Bernadette Rey

Being nature conscious since a very young age and attracted by all the benefits it offers, practising Shinrin Yoku came quite naturally to her. It was in 2009, during a trip to Japan, that she first heard about Shinrin Yoku. Here, the practice is recognized by different medical associations.

Certified in Shinrin Yoku by the Nature and Forest Therapy Association since January 2015, she has been acting as a teacher in the field.
