\n\u2022 15% discount at the LUMAMI restaurant;
\n\u2022 Unlimited access to the 22 km of trails of the Mount Gale Network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

GENERAL INFORMATION<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

\u2022 The membership is active and valid starting on the date of its first use. Activation must be done within a maximum of one year from the date of purchase;
\n\u2022 The membership does not guarantee immediate access to site on busy days. To avoid waiting time in periods of high season, it is recommended to arrive at opening;
\n\u2022 The duration of the membership varies depending on type of membership purchased;
\n\u2022 Cannot be combined to any offer or promotion;
\n\u2022 Limit of one visit per day per member. If you leave the site, you must clear your locker;
\n\u2022 For optimal relaxation, cellphones, tablets and cameras are prohibited on the site and must be left in your locker.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

RULES<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

All of the following rules must be followed at all times:<\/p>\n

\u2022 No smoking or use of any type of drugs on site;
\n\u2022 It is forbidden to bring your own food on site;
\n\u2022 It is not permitted to reserve chairs with your belongings;
\n\u2022 Cellphones and electronic devices are not permitted on site, with the exception of LUMAMI restaurant;
\n\u2022 Rinse any oil or sunscreen before using the baths.
\n\u2022 All consumption must be paid on the same day;
\n\u2022 Swimwear is mandatory at all times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

TERMS OF SERVICE<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

\u2022 The membership is valid for one person only. It is forbidden to allow anyone to access the facilities on your behalf. Identification must be provided at each visit;
\n\u2022 Check-in and check-out at the reception are mandatory;
\n\u2022 Queuing cannot be avoided by registering before the customers already present;
\n\u2022 Lockers are strategically assigned, so it is impossible to chose the size of the locker;
\n\u2022 You are responsible for ensuring the validity of your membership and you will be billed according to our current rates if you visit us when your membership is expired;
\n\u2022 You release BALNEA of any responsibility following an injury occurring on site or the risks related to swimming;
\n\u2022 You release BALNEA from all responsibilities following the loss or theft of an object;
\n\u2022 BALNEA reserves the right to control the number of alcoholic drinks per guest;
\n\u2022 Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Non exchangeable;
\n\u2022 Membership cannot be suspended;
\n\u2022 No exceptions will be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

BALNEA reserves the right to cancel the subscription if any of the terms of this agreement are not met. In such event, the refund will be prorated for the number of days remaining in the membership term.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

SERVICE OFFER MODIFICATION<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

BALNEA reserves the right to interrupt the validity of any membership in the event of force majeure (partial or complete shutdown of facilities) and\/or to modify the related service offering. In this case, BALNEA undertakes to extend the duration of the membership for a period equivalent to that during which the service could not be offered in its entirety.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
