Mindfulness, wellness and nature being so closely linked,with our partner MindSpace Wellbeing, we invite you to spend a day of inner renewal as you fulfill your relaxation and nature immersion needs.

Manon Breton will guide through our three-step program :

1- 10:30 A.M. to 11:15 A.M : Introduction to mindfulness
2- 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M : Guided meditative walk on the paths surrounding Gale lake
3- 12:30 P.M. to + : Thermal Experience and relaxation (personal time)

Make it a monthly ritual  !

Rates :

$20 | person without the thermale experience
Free | when combined with the thermal experience on the same day

Places are limited.

Please note

To arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts.
To wear comfortable clothing according to the weather and proper walking shoes.
