1- 10:30 A.M. to 11:15 A.M : Introduction to mindfulness
2- 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M : Guided meditative walk on the paths surrounding Gale lake
3- 12:30 P.M. to + : Thermal Experience and relaxation (personal time)
To arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts.
To wear comfortable clothing according to the weather and proper walking shoes.
