POLICY FOR E-TICKET PURCHASES
This ticket is valid for a thermal experience i) for the package purchase and ii) the specified visit date. Each sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This ticket is valid for one specific date and cannot be modified once the transaction has been completed. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Resale is prohibited.
One (1) ticket per person is required to access the site in priority and its purchase is required to benefit the indicated rate. We cannot guarantee the weather conditions nor the number of installations in operation on the day of your visit. The purchase of your e-ticket can be done until 10:00 pm the day prior to your visit.
