Spa ambiance policy
The spa ambiance policy requires maintaining silence throughout the facilities, as well as speaking in a low voice in designated areas where permitted. Groups will be asked to comply with these guidelines for the comfort and relaxation of other guests on site.
Cancellation / modification policy
The initial 50% deposit of the total amount is non-refundable. Any group booking may be cancelled with a minimum notice of 72 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays) prior to the group visit date. The person who made the reservation will then be responsible for paying the remaining balance, i.e., 50% of the total amount.
Within less than 72 hours, any spa treatment reservation that is cancelled will be charged in full.
Any guest who does not show up for their treatment appointment on the day of service, or who misses their appointment, will also be charged in full.
