BALNEA spa + réserve thermale X Le Beatnik Hotel

The 2026 Rest above all Contest is organized by BALNEA spa + réserve thermale in collaboration with Le Beatnik Hotel. The contest begins on April 13, 2026 and ends April 26, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

This contest is open to all residents of Canada who have internet access and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Excluded are employees, representatives, and/or agents of BALNEA spa + réserve thermale and Beatnik Hotel, as well as any persons with whom they are domiciled.

By entering the contest, participants agree to subscribe to the newsletters of BALNEA spa + réserve thermale and Beatnik Hotel.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. No purchase is necessary. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read these rules and agree to abide by them.

REGISTRATION AND TRANSMISSION

The contest is held from April 13, 2026, until April 26, in the afternoon. (EDT). A random draw for the grand prize will be held in Bromont, Quebec, on April 27, 2026, in the afternoon (EDT) at BALNEA, located at 319 Chemin du Lac Gale, Bromont,  J2L 2S5. The draw will be made with all the admissible participating entries received by the registration form on the closing date of the contest.  The selected participant will be notified within the next 24 hours following the draw.

The contest will also be posted on the www.balnea.ca, website, as well as in 2 BALNEA spa communication newsletters, always referring to Facebook and/or website www.balnea.ca to participate in the contest.

PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST

To take part in the contest, the participant must complete the registration form available via the BALNEA website and agrees, by participating, to subscribe to the BALNEA newsletter. : https://www.balnea.ca/concours-2025/

PRIZE

1 prize will be given with a total worth of $800 + taxes.

The prize includes:

• A 2-night stay in a signature room for 2 people, including breakfast, valued at $520 +taxes.
• Two full-day thermal experience access, valued at $200 + taxes.
• $80 at LUMAMI restaurant.

Claiming the prize:

The winner has two weeks to claim their prize after the draw, so until May 11, 2026; otherwise, the winner is no longer able to claim their prize. The prize must be claimed with BALNEA spa + réserve thermale, located at 319 Chemin du Lac Gale, Bromont,  J2L 2S5. A simple return message will be sufficient to claim their prize. Prizes will then be sent out by mail to the winner.

PRIZE TERMS OF USE:

The prize is valid at all times for a period of one (1) year, depending on the availability of the 2 establishments. Not valid from December 18, 2026, to January 10, 2027. No cash balance will be awarded. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. It is permitted to transfer the prize to another person if the winner cannot use it by April 27, 2027, but must notify BALNEA spa and Le Beatnik Hotel.

Conditions for reservations and cancellation — Le Beatnik Hotel :

Reservations must be made directly with The Beatnik Hotel by phone at 1.866.934.2212 and not via a “hotel comparison site” such as Trivago. A credit card will be required to make the reservation, even if the night will be paid for with the gift certificate.

The cancellation policy provides 48 hours notice prior to reservation for any changes or cancellations. Within less than 48 hours, 100% of the fees will be charged or in this case, the prices will be cancelled.

Conditions for reservations and cancellation—BALNEA spa:

The reservation must be made through BALNEA by calling 1-866-734-2110. The cancellation policy requires a 48-hour minimum delay for any change or cancellation of a treatment. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment are subject to a penalty of 50% of the treatment’s cost, to be taken from the client’s credit card.

The total cost will be taken from the credit card for a person cancelling the same day or a person who doesn’t present themselves for their appointment.
