Catch the wave of well-being this summer. Our SUP YOGA courses are ideal for those wishing to explore a new facet of yoga. Revisit the classic yoga postures on a paddle board in total immersion with the environment. Relaxation and fun guaranteed!

Every friday, saturday and sunday at the reserve

45 minutes SUP yoga class

Classes schedule

Friday : From 1:00PM to 1:45PM
Saturday : From 1:00PM to 1:45PM and from 5:00PM to 5:45PM
Sunday : 12:00PM to 12:45PM and from 1hPM to 1h45PM

$ 25 | per person without the Nature Immersion package
$ 20 | per person when combined with Nature Immersion package
