Hotel questions

Are dogs accepted in the hotel ?

Dogs are not accepted. This rule also applies to any other pets.

Is your facility wheelchair-friendly ?

Unfortunately, our buildings are currently not wheelchair-friendly. The hotel is also located on the mountainside of mont Gale, making travel more difficult for our guests with reduced mobility.

Can we combine a stay at the Hotel with a visit to the spa ?

Definitely! The spa is just a few minutes’ walk away and some of our packages include access to the thermal experience. Please see our offers to learn more about the different options available to you. Please note that children 14 years and older are only accepted at the spa if accompanied by an adult (1 child/adult). From the age of 16, it is no longer necessary to be accompanied by an adult.

Is breakfast included ?

Breakfast is included in our stays. We have bagel counter at which you will find : Juice, coffee, bagels, yogurt, granola and fresh fruits. Served every morning from 7:30 am to 10 am.

Food Allergies and Intolerances

Your well-being is our priority. Please note that some items on our breakfast buffet may contain, or have come into contact with, allergens such as nuts, peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, etc.

We kindly ask that you inform us of any food allergies or intolerances, ideally before your arrival or at check-in. Our team will be happy to accommodate you as best we can. That said, despite all precautions, we cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination. Our facilities are not certified allergen-free.

Do you have a safe place to store bicycles ?

Yes, we have a locked bike room. Please note that although we make this space available to you, we are not responsible for your property in the event of theft or damage. Places are limited, call us to reserve your space.

Do you rent bicycles ?

We do not rent bicycles, but we can redirect you to several of our local partners, who can rent you mountain bikes.

What’s the pool schedule ?

As our pool is outside, it is open from June until October (depending on the temperature). During the summer season, the pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm, but otherwise it closes at 6 pm. Please refer to the front desk to know the schedule that applies during your visit.

Do you have a terminal for electric cars? How much does it cost ?

Yes, we offer 4 Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations available to our guests. They are located in parking lot P2, behind the hotel, in both the upper and lower sections. The stations are connected to the Foresta app: simply download the app, then scan the QR code displayed on the station (coming soon) or enter the station reference to start and pay for your charging session. The rate is $2/hour + taxes, with a maximum charging time of 6 hours. Additional fees of $5/hour + taxes apply after this period.

Do you have baby parks ?

We rent baby sets, including a high chair and a park, for $15 per night.

Do you have washers and dryers ?

We do not have washers and dryers available to our guests. However, ironing boards are available in our rooms.

What kitchen equipment is included in the studios ?

We do not The studios are equipped with a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cutting board, kitchen knives, corkscrew, can opener, pans, strainer, cheese grater, frying pan, spatulas, a pair of pliers, vegetable peeler, 5 wine glasses, 5 water glasses, utensils, plates, bowls, airtight containers, salt and pepper shakers.

Are the room rates fixed?

Rates are adjusted according to occupancy and the age of the people staying in the room.
