Reservations requests can be made :
- Via the online reservation form (massages only). This do not confirm your reservation. Once the completed form is received, a care advisor will contact you by telephone within a delay of between 24 and 48 hours in order to complete the reservation with you and a credit card number. For reservations within a delay of 48 hours or less, please contact us directly by calling at 450-534-0604 or 1-866-734-2110.

Telephone reservations are possible between 9:00 am until 9:30 p.m., 7 days a week.
When you reserve, one of our Treatment Counselors will guide you through our choice of cares, some restrictions that may apply and special requests, in order to plan your personalized stay. Please note there is no reservation required for the Thermal Experience.
We suggest you reserve at least a week in advance for weekend appointments and two to three weeks for packages containing several treatments.
A credit card is required for making a reservation. We accept Visa and Master Card. No amount will be taken from the card, except those indicated in our cancellation policy. Payments are made at the end of your stay at the reception desk of the Spa.
We require a 48-hour notice prior to the reservation date for any changes or treatment cancellations. For changes made at less than 48 hours, 50% of the treatment costs will be taken from the credit card.
The total cost of the treatments will be taken from the card of clients who cancel the same day or who don’t present themselves for their appointment.
