When you reserve, one of our Treatment Counselors will guide you through our choice of cares, some restrictions that may apply and special requests, in order to plan your personalized stay. Please note there is no reservation for the Thermal Experience by phone.
We suggest you reserve at least two weeks in advance for weekend appointments and two to three weeks for packages containing several treatments.
A credit card is required for making a reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard. No amount will be taken from the card, except those indicated in our cancellation policy. Payments are made at the end of your stay at the reception desk of the Spa.
Dear customers, please note that it is no longer possible to fill out the online reservation form.
We require a 48-hour notice prior to the reservation date for any changes or treatment cancellations. For changes made at less than 48 hours, 50% of the treatment costs will be taken from the credit card.
The total cost of the treatments will be taken from the card of clients who cancel the same day or who don’t present themselves for their appointment.
