The e-ticket is valid for the type of thermal experience chosen and for a specific date which cannot be changed once the e-ticket is purchased. Each guest is responsible for making verifications regarding the desired date, hours of visit to which the e-ticket entitles them, weather conditions, facilities in use or any other relevant element before purchasing an e-ticket. Each sale is final and cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. Resale of an e-ticket is prohibited.
