Morning access to the réserve and Thermal experience, Monday to Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM and Friday to Sunday from 10 AM to noon. From Dec. 20 to Jan. 6, please note that the Episode will be from 10 AM to 12 PM, except on Dec. 26 and Jan. 1 from 11 AM to 1 PM.

The purchase of your e-ticket can be done until midnight the day prior to your visit.

This ticket is valid for a thermal experience i) for the package purchase and ii) the specified visit date. Each sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This ticket is valid for one specific date and cannot be modified once the transaction has been completed. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Resale is prohibited. One (1) ticket per person is required to access the site in priority and its purchase is required to benefit the indicated rate. We cannot guarantee the weather conditions nor the number of installations in operation on the day of your visit. The indicated quantities do not represent the maximum capacity of our site. In the event of running out of inventory, the regular rate will be applied at the reception.
